​Participate in a 5k during May, donate £5 to our charity and nominate 5 of your friends to take part.

HOW TO TAKE PART
– Run, walk or cycle 5k in May. That could be in one go or spread across the month.

– Donate £5 on the event HERE OR to donate £5 via text message ‘5KMAY’ to 70450 (txt cost £5 plus 1 standard rate message, to opt out txt ‘5KMAYNOINFO’)

– Nominate 5 friends to take part! Why not create a post on Facebook sharing a photo of you after completing – tag us in and tag your 5 friends you are nominating! Make sure to let them know how to take part and donate as above!

It’s the perfect way to get active and give back, either by yourself or with a team!
