LEAVE A GIFT IN YOUR WILL
Choosing to remember the Cotswolds Dogs & Cats Home in your Will is an incredible way to celebrate your life as an animal lover. You may also want to ensure your pet/s are looked after when you are gone. By leaving a gift in your will we will commit to ensuring your pet/s welfare needs are fully met and that they are cared for by the charity until a new suitable home can be found.
The Cotswolds Dogs & Cats Home works very hard to provide the highest standard of care to vulnerable, abused and neglected animals in the community. As a charity we work with these animals to ensure they are fully rehabilitated and confident enough to go off to their forever home. We also provide a weekly clinic which provides access to veterinary services for those on means-tested benefits, ensuring no animal is left untreated because of cost.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU
We know that many animal lovers worry about what will happen to their pet/s once they have gone. We can offer peace of mind so that if you pass away we will take care of your pet/s and do our best to find them a new loving home.
Although the Cotswolds Dogs & Cats Home is proud to be part of the independent RSPCA branch network, we would like to emphasise that we are an independently funded branch that depends on the generosity of the community, so each and every gift no matter how large or small is deeply valued.
Writing or changing a Will with your solicitor:
When a solicitor or other professional writes your will, you have two basic choices: to leave a cash gift, or a share of your estate. In the long run, the latter will probably hold its value better and be of more benefit to the animals in our care but it’s entirely up to you.
To ensure the money comes directly to our branch you need to include our full name, registered charity number and address:
