Ideal Home Situation

Introducing our gorgeous Black Lab, Moses.

Moses is a young boy who has bundles of love and energy to give to his future owners.  He's a very clever chap who already knows some basic commands and he is currently being taught paw which he is eager to do for any form of treat. This willingness to learn will come in handy for his new owners as he is very strong on the lead and needs to learn basic manners- he is in training for all aspects of manners here at the centre but this along with other basic training will need to be on-going within a home.

He is incredibly active so will need a home that can keep up with his high energy levels. Moses is not a 'typical' lab, he is much larger in size, very boisterous and easily excited so requires a home that is prepared to manage this. He also has a high chase drive, and can not be trusted around livestock so any home that comes into frequent contact with livestock or lives on a farm will not be considered.

He will thrive in a home that is around all day, and can provide him with lots of mental and physical stimulation. Due to Moses boisterous nature he wouldn't be appropriate to live with children under the age of 12 years. He has been social with other dogs here at the centre, and will benefit from having doggy friends. He would be best suited to a house that can provide him with a large garden to burn off energy and enjoy off lead activities.
