Shoe Box Appeal
Gift a present to a rescue animal this year!
This year, we anticipate having around 60 animals in our care on Christmas Day, waiting to find their forever homes.
We are appealing to the public, to help us make their Christmas Day extra special by donating a shoe box full of goodies for them to enjoy.
You can fill a box with a friend, your family or your work colleagues and come and place it under the CDCH Christmas tree at our centre in Gloucestershire.
The team will be there with them to open presents on the big day and this fills their hearts just as much as it does the animals. To see the joy they bring is amazing.
What shall I put in the box?
The animals will appreciate anything you decide to give them from treats to toys but here are some ideas for you.
What do I do with my box when it's ready?
You can bring your present to us at the Cotswolds Dogs & Cats Home centre and place directly under our tree!

You can also take your present to any of our charity shops located around the Cotswolds. Click HERE to see the locations.
We are also hoping to get a list of local businesses to join in and be a ‘drop off point’. More on this to follow. If you would like to be a drop off point please email haley.medlock@cdch.org.uk
